In the name of these values and in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, ATM-Autotecnica Motori has made available its internal reporting channel for violations of the Code of Ethics, company regulations, and the organizational model adopted in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Reports may be submitted—including anonymously—by all parties involved in any capacity in the company’s processes (whether internal or external to the company) and must be adequately substantiated, containing sufficient details to allow for a fair investigation of the facts.

Both the whistleblower and the parties involved in the reports are guaranteed complete confidentiality in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023 (implementing European Directive 2019/1937 on whistleblowing).
Any form of personal or professional retaliation related in any way to reports is expressly prohibited.
As part of the process for receiving and handling reports, compliance with personal data protection laws is ensured.
